Service Description

Every hair strand is different even on the same persons scalp! That is why I've committed to tailor every cut, every time to each client. Hair Shaping includes cleansing of your hair with only the best haircare products available, a precision cut and finishing off with a blow dry and style, wrapped up with a basic knowledge of how to maintain your new look! Hair changes just like the seasons so play full out and let your hair do the talking!

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: I understand that sometimes schedules change, therefore I require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. I value each guest, letting me know A MINIMUM of 24 hours in advance ensures proper scheduling for all. Appointments cancelled past the 24 hour mark will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount after the "TWO GRACE" period. (See Grace Period Terms Below) ---------------- NO SHOW/ BEING LATE: If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service. Being 15 minutes late or more limits the quality of your appointment and will intervene with other appointments. If I do not hear from you 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled after the "TWO GRACE" period. (See Grace Period Terms Below) ---------------- SERVICE ADJUSTMENT: In the case I have NOT met your expectations with your hair, I require a notice within 72 HOURS for a complimentary adjustment. If you are not satisfied with any service you have received, I ask that you come back to the salon/have a virtual call so the issue can be visually inspected. I will schedule for the service adjustment within 12 DAYS of service at no cost. Anything after 12 DAYS is considered working with new growth and costs may occur. I can ONLY guarantee my color services if the prescribed products are purchased through my salon. Remember, your salon services are an investment in YOU. ---------------- GRACE PERIOD: I understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Guests are given TWO grace appointments per year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows. ---------------- PLEASE NOTE: After TWO GRACE appointments NOT following policy, I will require a credit card to reserve your visit and a 50% service deposit fee prior to booking.
